Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D roles spanning instructional design and eLearning development.
• Expert proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and SME relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead needs analyses and performance consulting conversations with business stakeholders.
• Define learning strategy and objectives aligned to business outcomes.
• Evaluate programme impact and report findings.
