Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, assist with account management, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting, and document interactions in CRM.

You should have 2–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work US hours (PH night shift). We provide a PC/Laptop, health insurance, leave credits, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in customer service or related field.
Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to troubleshoot and explain solutions clearly.
Experience using CRM and support tools; call center software preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, timely support via phone, email, and chat.
