Team Leader - Sales Account

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Outbound Sales Team Lead/Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate has proven leadership experience in an outbound sales environment, strong coaching and performance management skills, and the ability to drive team productivity and operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including sales conversion, productivity, quality, attendance, and adherence.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one discussions to improve individual and team performance.

• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate coaching, action plans, and performance improvement strategies.

• Track team attendance, punctuality, productivity, and overall engagement.

• Motivate the team through effective communication, recognition, and performance initiatives.

• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.

• Analyze performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.

• Handle escalations and resolve team-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years and up of Team Lead/Supervisor experience, preferably in an Outbound Sales/BPO environment.

• Proven experience managing and coaching sales representatives.

• Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance management, and productivity drivers.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed team sales targets.

• Willingness to work on a full onsite setup in Mckinley Hill, Taguig and shifting schedules, if required.
