Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Coach to join our Travel Account team at Teleperformance in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing outbound sales team whilst driving business growth and customer satisfaction. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in coaching sales representatives, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring team performance targets are consistently met. • Minimum of 3-4 years leadership experience in a Sales, Outbound Sales, Coaching, Training, or Operations role.
• Proven experience managing leaders and driving sales performance in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies, objection handling, and conversion strategies.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable coaching plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, and develop high-performing teams.
