Job summary

RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an HR Manager to lead a travel account team, ensuring top-tier service for GDS travel accounts and global clients.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and drive performance improvements while coordinating training on Amadeus and Sabre systems. Flexibility in hours may be required to meet time-zone needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in travel or BPO.
• Strong account management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Excellent customer service and leadership abilities.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
