The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in travel operations, excellent leadership capabilities, and proficiency in GDS platforms such as Sabre or Amadeus. Qualifications

• Must have recent or current experience in a Travel Account.
• Expert proficiency in Cryptic/Native GDS.
• Comprehensive understanding of International Ticketing processes.
• Deep knowledge of IATA rules and standards.
• IATA/UFTAA Level-1 certification is preferred.
• High proficiency in Quality Tools to drive team performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Qualifications

• Travel Expertise: Must have recent or current experience in a Travel Account.
• GDS Mastery: Required: Expert proficiency in Cryptic/Native GDS. Hands-on skill in one or more platforms: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, or Apollo.
• Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of International Ticketing, Exchanges, and Refunds.
• IATA Standards: Deep knowledge of IATA rules, including Fare Components, Manual Fare Calculation, Pricing Units, Global Indicators, and Indirect Travel Limitations.
• Certification: IATA/UFTAA Level-1 certification is highly preferred.
• Leadership & Quality: High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong working knowledge of Quality Tools to drive team performance.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
