Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a senior sales team lead to drive the team's efforts in meeting lending targets while adhering to sales strategies and maintaining credit quality of accounts.

The role focuses on managing loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings, coaching staff, and ensuring smooth operation of AO processes. You will oversee performance, handle administrative duties, and ensure alignment with credit risk standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of any Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales team management.
• Sales/marketing related work, preferably lending such as microfinance, consumer loans and other related industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales team performance and ensure adequate generation of loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Ensure credit quality of loan portfolio.
• Process loan applications by preparing loan agreement and booking requests for approved loan applications.
• Handle employee-related matters. Maintain AO fill rate through hiring and managing turnover. Coach, monitor and review performance.
• Perform administrative duties other functions that may be assigned to him/her.
