Job summary

• Prepare and consolidate reports related to Sales.
• Assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing.
• Process accounts and encode in the system.
• Handle inquiries and serve as liaison with other units to resolve service issues

Key Responsibilities:

Entertain walk-in borrowers and pre-screening applications in Loan Sales/Processing Office.

Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of reports related to Sales.

Assist Account Officers for loan fulfillment and marketing.

Processing of accounts and encoding in the system.

Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients and serves as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course

Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates

Proficiency in Computer and business applications
