Job summary

GSM - Green SM in Metro Manila is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day taxi service operations, including dispatch, driver compliance, and service delivery. You will coordinate the fleet, drivers, and customer service teams to meet company goals and ensure a safe, reliable passenger experience.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years in transportation or logistics, with at least one year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or taxi/ride-hailing operations.
• 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and driver compliance.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily taxi operations, including fleet deployment, dispatch scheduling, and route monitoring.
• Ensure adequate driver coverage to meet demand, including managing shift schedules and attendance.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs, inspections, and preventive servicing.
• Track and analyze key operational KPIs such as trip completions, wait times, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incident reports, passenger complaints, and driver concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Enforce company policies, local government transport regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular meetings with drivers and staff to relay updates, performance targets, and operational changes.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations performance to management.
