Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor for on-site Cavite operations. The role oversees taxi dispatch, driver performance, and fleet utilization, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in operations/fleet management, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, transportation, or fleet management.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with dispatch or fleet management software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety standards, and transport compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Management – supervise taxi dispatch to ensure timely, efficient service.
• Driver & Staff Supervision – coach, evaluate, and train drivers and operations staff.
• Fleet & Resource Coordination – manage vehicle maintenance and route planning.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution – address complaints and improve rider satisfaction.
• Reporting & Process Improvement – produce regular operational reports and implement efficiency improvements.
