Qualifications

2–4 years in transportation or taxi/ride-hailing ops, with 1+ year supervisory.
Knowledge of local transportation regulations and driver compliance.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with dispatch tools.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily taxi operations, including fleet deployment and dispatch scheduling.
Ensure adequate driver coverage and manage shift schedules.
Coordinate with maintenance for repairs, inspections, and preventive servicing.
Track KPIs such as trip completions and customer satisfaction.
Handle incidents, complaints, and driver concerns with timely resolution.
Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
Conduct regular meetings to relay updates and targets.
Prepare and submit periodic reports to management.
