Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day taxi operations across Caloocan and surrounding areas. You will manage fleet deployment, dispatch, driver schedules, and service standards to ensure efficient transport and excellent passenger experience.

The role requires 2-4 years in transportation or ride-hailing operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or taxi/ride-hailing operations, with 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations, driver compliance requirements, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with dispatch software or fleet tracking systems is a plus.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily taxi operations, including fleet deployment, dispatch scheduling, and route monitoring.
• Ensure adequate driver coverage to meet demand, including managing shift schedules and attendance.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs and servicing.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as trip completions, wait times, and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incident reports, passenger complaints, and driver concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Enforce company policies, local transport regulations, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular meetings with drivers and staff to relay updates and targets.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations performance to management.
