Job summary

Green and Smart Mobility Philippines Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day taxi operations across Caloocan, Manila, Las Pinas, Taguig, and Cainta. This role ensures dispatch efficiency, driver compliance, and high service levels.

You will monitor KPIs, manage shifts, coordinate with maintenance, and prepare reports for management. A bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in transport ops are preferred; weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in transportation or taxi/ride-hailing ops; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of local transportation regulations and driver compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily taxi operations including fleet deployment and dispatch.
• Ensure adequate driver coverage and manage shift schedules.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as trip completions and wait times.
• Handle incident reports, passenger complaints, and driver concerns.
• Enforce policies and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular meetings with drivers and staff to relay updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
