Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will help build strong candidate pipelines and support the hiring process across departments.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about recruiting and eager to grow in talent acquisition. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers, use tools like LinkedIn and ATS platforms, screen resumes, maintain candidate data, and help schedule interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, HR, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Preferred: ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Trakstar, etc.).
• Preferred: Boolean search techniques.
• Preferred: experience in fast-paced or startup environments.

What you’ll do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles

What You Bring
