Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
• 1+ years in recruitment or HR coordination; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and data tracking tools; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: build pipelines from job portals, databases, and networks.
• Screening & Coordination: conduct calls, assess fit, schedule interviews, provide updates.
• ATS & Data Management: log records, maintain data accuracy and metrics.
• Administrative Support: post jobs, process pre-employment docs, assist with offers.
• Client Coordination: act as primary/secondary contact for accounts; coordinate interviews and feedback.
