Job summary

GH Premier Review Center is seeking a Recruitment Associate for on-site work in Cebu. The role centers on screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining efficient recruitment processes.

You will handle job portals, coordinate with the recruitment team, and ensure timely candidate sign-ups. Bachelor’s degree and strong English communication are required, with 6 months to 1 year experience preferred. Onsite work schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the related field.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as Recruitment Associate or similar role.
• Effective written and oral English communication skills.
• Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, onboarding).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in hiring healthcare workers, manpower agency, retail or BPO is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Handle job portal checking in an efficient and timely manner (Facebook, work abroad, Jobstreet, Grandison).
• Undertake administrative responsibilities (e.g. answering emails, updating reports, validating submitted).
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews.
• Initiate candidate follow-ups to ensure prompt sign ups.
• Facilitate Career Orientation and respond appropriately to candidate inquiries.
• Maintain and update candidate database.
• Provide support to the assigned Recruitment Team.
• Attain set KPI and target.
• Manage and consistently accomplish the deliverables as indicated in the Responsibility Matrix.
• Adhere to ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
