Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus.
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Indeed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.

Responsibilities

• Source IT and technical candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Conduct phone and online interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and update records.
• Post and manage job vacancies across platforms.
• Meet recruitment targets and hiring requirements.
