Job summary

medspecializedinc is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Cebu City to support high-volume hiring. You will source candidates, screen applicants, endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews.

This onsite role requires strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines. The position offers a 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule in Cebu, with a salary range of PHP 25,000 to 28,000 plus benefits such as a new hire bonus and in-office

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience in a fast-paced/high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial phone/video screenings.
• Endorse candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates.
• Manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring metrics.
