You will manage base pay, bonuses, health insurance, and wellness initiatives while ensuring governance and compliance across the rewards function.

You will lead performance management cycles, establish KPI/OKR frameworks, and drive merit-based pay decisions tied to results. Strong analytic skills and HR software proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5 to 8+ years of progressive HR experience focusing on compensation, benefits, or performance systems.
• Strong numerical skills, data analysis, market pricing, HR software proficiency, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee base pay, variable bonuses, health insurance, and wellness programs, ensuring packages stay competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Build and run performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks (KPIs or OKRs), and talent evaluation processes.
• Connect performance ratings and employee achievements directly to salary increases, merit pools, and incentive payouts.
• Keep programs compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal pay equity standards.
• Analyze labor market data, manage HR information systems (like Workday or SAP), and oversee third-party benefit vendors.
