Michael Page is partnering with a growing organisation in the Philippines to recruit a Talent Management lead who will own enterprise-wide talent processes and drive leadership development.

You will shape succession planning, capability-building programmes, and strategic talent decisions in collaboration with senior leaders, contributing to a high-performance culture and sustainable growth across the business.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Talent Management or related HR disciplines.
  • Strong track record in performance management and succession planning.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise performance management processes, including calibration and talent review discussions.
  • Develop and manage succession planning frameworks for leadership roles.
  • Design and implement leadership, functional, and technical capability development programmes.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and create targeted development strategies.
  • Drive talent assessment, workforce planning, and high-potential programmes.
  • Support broader talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
  • Use talent data and insights to inform workforce decisions.

  • Strong track record in performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Good to Have
  • Experience within a large, complex, or multi-site organisation.
  • Exposure to talent assessment tools and leadership frameworks.
  • Background in workforce planning and capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience supporting regional or enterprise-wide talent programmes.
