Job summary

Shopee is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive compensation strategy, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives across the region. You will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align programs with business objectives and strengthen our talent ecosystem.

• Lead compensation initiatives through market benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and recommendations.
• Identify and develop high-potential talents to maintain a robust leadership succession pool.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to drive regional talent reviews and performance cycles.
• Analyze talent metrics and health data to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
• Identify learning needs of high-potential talents from general skills to leadership programs.
• Lead planning and implementation of Organizational Development initiatives, including engagement surveys and culture-building activities.
• Support employee mobility, internal transfers, and overseas assignments.
• Design campus recruitment programs to attract graduates for the organization’s programs.
• Represent the organization at universities and external events to position the company as a top employer of choice.

Job description

• Lead strategic compensation initiatives by conducting market benchmarking, analyzing internal pay equity and payroll data, and providing recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the identification and development of high-potential talents to maintain a robust leadership succession pool.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to drive regional talent reviews, performance management cycles, and leadership development frameworks.
• Analyze talent metrics and talent health data to provide actionable data-driven insights to senior leadershipIdentify learning needs of high-potential talents from general skills to leadership development programs
• Lead the planning and implementation of key Organizational Development initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, culture-building activities, and organizational design.
• Support employee mobility, ensuring seamless collaboration between business units and HR teams for internal transfers and overseas assignments.
• Design strategic campus recruitment programs to attract and hire best-in-class young talent for the organization’s graduate programs.
• Represent the organization in universities and external events to position the company as a top employer of choice.
