Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of progressive HR experience spanning Talent Acquisition, L&D, and OD.
• 3+ years in a team lead/managerial role managing recruiters, L&D specialists, or HR generalists.

As the Talent Management & OD Manager, your mission is to build an agile, high-performance, and future-ready workforce. CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Proven success linking talent strategies to corporate goals and translating analytics into executive-level insights.
• Deep expertise in passive sourcing, ATS platforms, workforce planning, and building compelling EVPs.
• Mastery of TNA, modern blended learning, Kirkpatrick ROI evaluation, and change management frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills with C-suite and departmental leaders.
