Filinvest Group seeks a Senior HR Manager – OD and Analytics to lead organizational development and people analytics strategy in a data-driven HR culture. You will design core OD programs, drive engagement, and partner with executives on organizational design and change management.

The role requires building analytics capabilities from descriptive to predictive insights, shaping talent strategies, and delivering dashboards for the executive team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of core OD programs (performance management, talent reviews, succession, competency modeling).
• Drive the full employee engagement lifecycle from survey design to action planning.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness and change management.
• Develop and execute the people analytics roadmap from descriptive to predictive analytics.
• Lead data storytelling and HR dashboards for the executive team.
• Mentor and develop a team of OD specialists and HR analysts.

Job description

The Senior HR Manager – OD and Analytics is a key strategic leader responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness and fostering a data-driven HR culture. This role leads two critical, interconnected functions: designing and implementing high-impact OD programs that improve performance and engagement and building our people analytics capability to transform HR data into predictive, strategic insights. As a senior leader, you will be a trusted advisor to the business, using your expertise in both organizational dynamics and data science to shape our talent strategies and build a high-performing organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

Organizational Development (OD)

Strategic Program Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of core, company-wide OD programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and competency modeling.
• Drive the end-to-end employee engagement strategy, from survey design and administration to the analysis of results and facilitation of enterprise-level action planning.

Organizational Design and Effectiveness

• Partner with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to provide expert consultation on organizational design, team effectiveness, and change management for major business transformations.

People (HR) Analytics

Analytics Strategy and Roadmap

• Develop and execute the company's people analytics roadmap, advancing our capabilities from descriptive reporting to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Champion the use of data to solve complex talent challenges and inform strategic workforce planning.

Data Storytelling and Insights

• Lead the analysis of people data to uncover deep insights and trends related to talent acquisition, employee retention, performance, and diversity.
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of HR dashboards and reports for the executive leadership team.
• Translate complex data into compelling, easy-to-understand stories that drive action.

Management and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of OD specialists and HR analysts, fostering their technical and consultative skills.
• Foster a culture of analytical curiosity, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement within the team.
