Job summary

Direc Business Technologies, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, implement and oversee learning initiatives aligned with talent strategies.

You will administer programs, develop materials, deliver trainings, and generate reports to support workforce development. Qualifications include practical experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; the role emphasizes collaboration with HR and department managers to address capability gaps

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of related work experience.
• Ability to design, implement, research and evaluate effective learning and development programs.
• Excellent coordination, analytical and networking skills.
• With strong interpersonal skills and business communication & presentation abilities.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes, programs and systems in support of talent management and learning and development strategies
• Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources
• Identify the current and future skills requirements of the organization and create flexible learning intervention to meet the diverse needs of the workforce
• Assess training and development needs of the organization by developing and/or facilitating training programs
• Conduct, administer and participate on employee engagement activities
