Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati, Philippines is hiring an HR Generalist with strong Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development exposure. On-site, Monday to Friday, you will balance recruitment, training initiatives, and administrative HR support in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, conduct Training Needs Analyses, coordinate with training vendors, and organize training sessions and employee engagement activities while maintaining HR records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management is required
• At least 2 years of HR experience with strong TA and L&D exposure
• Experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recruitment
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
