Job summary

LARGEN MED. INC. is seeking a proactive HR Recruitment and Training Officer in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate training programs, and support HR operations.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating training initiatives and maintaining records. The role requires 1–3 years in HR-related functions, strong communication skills, and the ability to work onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, psychology, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment, training or HR experience.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates across platforms.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions.
• Post job ads and manage recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring with managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate training needs analysis and onboarding programs.
• Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records.
• Support HR administration, policy communications and events.
