Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• 1 year experience in talent development, training or related HR function.
• Experience coordinating training programs or HR administrative processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the L&D calendar, trackers, databases, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate and support implementation of training programs, learning sessions, meetings, orientations, onboarding activities, and other employee development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational and business goals.
• Conduct training programs such as orientations, policy refreshers, career counseling sessions, and meet-and-greet sessions.
• Administer employee transfer and movement processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
• Manage the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, monitoring, engagement, documentation, and certificates.
• Prepare, update, and maintain learning materials, presentations, manuals, course collateral, certificates, reports, and other L&D documentation.
• Upload, validate, analyze, and maintain employee training records, certifications, competency data, and related documents in the HRIS and other learning databases.
