Job summary

PM Consulting in Makati is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Specialist with strong recruitment and Learning & Development expertise to drive end-to-end HR operations on-site.

You will own Talent Acquisition processes from sourcing to onboarding, conduct Training Needs Analyses, help design and implement L&D programs, coordinate with external training vendors, and maintain accurate employee records within a fast-paced environment. This role offers growth within a collaborative HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement).
• At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong focus on Recruitment and L&D.
• Hands-on experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of L&D programs.
• Coordinate with external training vendors for workshops and company events.
• Provide administrative HR support and maintain employee records.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
• Generate HR reports related to recruitment and training.
• Serve as backup support for other HR functions when needed.
