Job summary

Realynk Assistants is seeking a proactive Talent Engagement Specialist to support recruitment, candidate engagement, and training. The role involves sourcing qualified candidates, managing recruitment communications, and facilitating onboarding to prepare Virtual Assistants for client deployment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to conduct interviews and train sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate engagement, or training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and facilitate training sessions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain a talent pool aligned with client needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
• Facilitate training sessions, webinars, and onboarding activities.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and presentations.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain recruitment and training records and prepare progress reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and training processes.
