Job summary

Carenet Health in Makati is hiring a Talent Advisor to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring, as part of a high-volume recruiting team.

The role requires collaboration with hiring managers, strong communication, and the ability to meet hiring goals across multiple roles in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in BPO Volume hiring setting.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking and HRIS Systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates by using databases/colleges/social media
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications
