Job summary

Infomedia Philippines Operations LP Co. LTD. is hiring a Talent Advisor to manage full-cycle recruitment for a BPO environment.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers, with a focus on timely hiring and maintaining a strong employer brand. The position is on-site in Circuit Makati with a night shift schedule (9 PM – 6 AM Manila). The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of volume-hiring experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a BPO volume-hiring setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to source, screen and interview candidates efficiently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
