MOVATE PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for volume hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding coordination. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring targets with timely candidate engagement.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruitment experience, excellent English communication, and proficiency with online portals and MS Office. Work setup is onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably from a BPO, call center, or recruitment firm
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for volume/agent hiring is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Willing to work on different shifts when business needs arise
• Knowledge of online job portals and sourcing strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Build & Source Talent Pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Own the Full Recruitment Cycle from screening to onboarding coordination
• Find the Right Talent by conducting initial and behavioral interviews
• Drive Volume Hiring to meet recruitment targets and maintain a robust candidate database
• Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Support Internal Mobility by coordinating internal promotions and movements
• Keep Recruitment Data Accurate by updating systems with candidate info, hiring rates, and start dates
• Make Offers & Support Onboarding by preparing employment contracts and hiring details

Join our Talent Acquisition Team as a Recruitment Specialist - Volume Hiring and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment journey - from sourcing and interviewing to job offers and onboarding!

What You'll Do

• Build & Source Talent Pipelines Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels to build a strong and active talent pool.

• Own the Full Recruitment Cycle Handle candidate screening, interviews, assessments, endorsements, offer discussions, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding coordination.

• Find the Right Talent Conduct initial and behavioral interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Drive Volume Hiring Generate leads and maintain a robust candidate database to consistently support hiring requirements and recruitment targets.

• Partner with Hiring Managers Coordinate department interviews, manage interview schedules, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.

• Support Internal Mobility Facilitate internal promotion and movement hiring processes while ensuring proper coordination and documentation.

• Keep Recruitment Data Accurate Update recruitment systems accurately and on time, including candidate information, hiring rates, start dates, and program assignments.

• Make Offers & Support Onboarding Prepare employment contracts and ensure hiring details are accurate while supporting candidates through the onboarding process.

What We're Looking For:
