The position is on-site in Circuit Makati with a night shift schedule (9 PM – 6 AM Manila). The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of volume-hiring experience, strong communication, and proficiency with ATS/HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a BPO volume-hiring setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to source, screen and interview candidates efficiently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Track candidates in the recruiting process and develop daily metric reporting.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, colleges, and social media.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Conduct interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage assessments and testing.
• Extend offer letters.
• Recruit candidates in a timely manner and hit all recruiting goals.
