Job summary

Salientes - Gonzalez Associates is seeking a recruiter to attract and onboard elite financial planners. You will manage sourcing from LinkedIn, job boards, and campus channels, conduct interviews, and coordinate licensing and onboarding to align with regulatory standards and business goals.

You will forecast manpower needs, drive MDRT-focused hiring, and lead a team to meet monthly recruitment targets, while building a trusted, purpose-led brand in financial services.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience or similar role.
• Hands-on with major job sites and social media sourcing channels.
• Experience coordinating licensing and onboarding processes.
• BS in HR/Organizational Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a recruitment roadmap supporting expansion and sales targets.
• Coordinate licensing and onboarding for new planners and managers.
• Forecast manpower needs for financial planners and managers.
• Source candidates via campus recruitment, referrals, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
• Screen, interview, and profile candidates for fit with culture and finance mindset.
• Lead recruitment events and webinars to promote the agency.
• Coordinate with training teams for onboarding and licensing activities.
• Lead a team of recruiters or field managers to meet monthly goals.
