Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Recruitment Growth & Activation Lead to drive inorganic recruitment expansion and onboarding for industry recruits across assigned areas. You will partner with Agency Leaders, Sales teams, and stakeholders to accelerate productivity and improve business outcomes through structured onboarding and activation programs.

The role emphasizes licensing, compliance, training, and data-driven performance management, with a focus on building strong pipelines and timely activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Psychology, Marketing, or a related business or arts course.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, sales management, or events management.

Responsibilities

• Drive inorganic recruitment growth and activation through programs like Industry Recruitment Program and Experienced Manager Program.
• Build and manage a pipeline of industry recruits with Agency Leaders and Sales Management Team.
• Ensure activation of new hires with licensing, onboarding, and training requirements.
• Monitor recruitment and activation metrics, identify gaps, and propose actions to improve headcount and productivity.
• Lead onboarding with licensing, compliance, documentation, orientation, and training for industry recruits.
• Coordinate onboarding journeys with trainers and support teams to accelerate readiness.
• Track onboarding progress and intervene for cases at risk of delay or drop-off.
• Provide regular monitoring and dashboards on key metrics; support management decisions.
