Job summary

Manulife is seeking a growth-focused Recruitment & Activation Lead to drive inorganic recruitment, onboarding of industry recruits, and performance management across assigned areas. You will partner with Sales Management, Agency Leaders, and stakeholders to accelerate productivity and improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding journeys, monitoring activation status, and providing dashboards and reviews to support decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Psychology, Marketing, or related field.
• Two to five years of experience in life insurance, agency development, recruitment, training, or sales management.
• Strong written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills across stakeholders.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and results-driven mindset for monitoring performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology tools, with program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive inorganic recruitment growth through programs and expand initiatives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with Agency Leaders and Sales Team.
• Activate hires through onboarding and early engagement, monitor milestones.
• Provide dashboards and scorecards, support management decisions.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
