Job summary

Mckupler Inc. is seeking an HR Recruitment and Training Officer to join the Human Resources team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

This full-time role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, coordinating recruitment strategies and comprehensive training solutions. You will work with department heads to understand talent needs, implement effective recruitment processes, and tailor development programmes that align with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programmes or learning and development initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities with capability to manage multiple recruitment and training projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications and HR management tools.
• Knowledge of Philippine employment laws and regulations is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
• Experience with performance metrics and ability to analyse recruitment and training data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Design and deliver targeted training and development programmes.
• Perform training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
• Lead induction programmes for new hires.
• Coordinate with external training providers as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment and training initiatives using metrics.
• Support HR policy development related to recruitment and development.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws in all activities.
