Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR practices, recruitment procedures, and employee documentation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and trustworthy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with applicants and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the recruitment process from posting to hiring.
• Prepare and post vacancies through platforms, schools, agencies, and other channels.
• Source and screen applicants based on job descriptions and qualifications.
• Review resumes, application forms, and pre-employment documents.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate examinations and subsequent interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain an updated applicant database and recruitment monitoring reports.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, and medical examinations.
• Prepare and facilitate employment-related documents for new hires.
• Monitor the status of vacancies and provide updates to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, recruitment partners, and government offices.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies for urgent positions.
• Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation regarding policies and benefits.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and maintain records.
• Identify training needs and assist in annual and monthly training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and materials.
• Prepare training schedules, attendance sheets, and evaluations.
• Monitor training results and maintain history.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with policies.
