Qualifications

• Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and discreet with confidential information.
• Willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Source qualified candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications and candidate experience
• Facilitate offers, pre-employment checks, and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future vacancies
• Assist with employee records, HR documentation, reports, and internal communications
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR programs
