Post job advertisements through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring schedules with department managers.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment records.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with universities, training institutions, and recruitment partners.
Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning opportunities.
Organize and facilitate onboarding and employee development programs.
Coordinate internal and external training activities.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
Support employee learning, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR-related reports, memos, notices, and correspondence.
Assist in monitoring employee performance evaluations and probationary assessments.
Support policy implementation and employee communications.
Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, or General HR functions.
Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sourcing candidates through various recruitment platforms.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employee relations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
