Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a proactive HR Generalist (Recruitment and L&D) in Makati on-site, Monday to Friday. The role balances recruitment, training initiatives, and HR administration in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, conduct Training Needs Analysis, support L&D programs, coordinate with external training vendors, and maintain HR records while providing backup HR support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or BSBA HR and at least two years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Management (strict requirement).
• At least 2 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to TA and L&D.
• Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recruitment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (Talent Acquisition) processes.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify development gaps.
• Support and implement Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
• Coordinate with external training vendors for company events and development initiatives.
• Provide administrative and operational HR support.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, documentation, and reports.
• Act as backup support for various HR functions as needed.
