Job summary

International Marketing Group in Makati is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and welfare. You will ensure manpower needs are met through effective sourcing, conduct interviews, onboarding, and administer benefits, leave records, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

You will coordinate with department heads and drive employee development and HR policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and welfare.
• Ensure manpower requirements are filled within the agreed turnaround time through effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess applicants, perform background checks, and facilitate job offers and onboarding requirements.
• Administer employee benefits, leave records, regularization, government benefits, and HMO coverage.
• Ensure employee records, job descriptions, organizational charts, and HR reports are accurate and updated.
• Facilitate employee orientation, training programs, performance appraisals, and employee development activities.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary matters, company activities, and issuance of HR-related memos.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, and other applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Department Heads, Legal, Compliance, and other departments regarding HR and employee-related concerns.
• Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
