You will oversee sourcing, screening, and documentation while guiding a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets with excellent candidate experiences. The role requires 3–5 years in recruitment with supervisory exposure, strong communication, and proficiency in ATS and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3–5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or manpower services.
• Supervisory experience or strong leadership potential.
• Experience with ATS and social media sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day recruitment activities and hiring requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to endorsement.
• Monitor targets, timelines, and applicant movement.
• Ensure timely processing of applications and endorsements.
• Coordinate with recruitment staff, hiring managers, and department heads.
• Develop sourcing strategies across platforms and manage campaigns.
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to the team.
• Prepare reports and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in recruitment activities.
