Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Recruitment Manager in Metro Manila to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across the organization. You will drive staffing strategies, manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes, and ensure timely hiring aligned with company policies.

The role requires leadership in promoting the employer brand and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations from sourcing to onboarding for various roles.
• Develop manpower fulfillment plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish and promote a strong employer brand across platforms.
• Improve recruitment processes through innovative business enhancements.
• Utilize multiple channels (job boards, referrals, social media, universities) to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory recruitment requirements and maintain records like ETF and interview notes.
• Screen and interview candidates for managerial or head-level roles, presenting diverse, high-quality pools.
• Track recruitment metrics and use EMS/plantilla modules to monitor requisitions and vacancies across regions.
• Lead system usage and training for EMS modules to optimize sourcing, tracking, and candidate management.
• Prepare regular recruitment analytics reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Coach and evaluate direct reports, aligning appraisals with KPIs to drive performance.
