Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-quality talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with the Sourcing team to ensure all recruitment activities are carried out in alignment with company standards. This role oversees the TA team, collaborates with department heads to understand workforce needs, and supports employer branding and recruitment process improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

A. RECRUITMENT STRATEGY AND EXECUTION

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with businessgoals.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements andcreate effective job descriptions.

B. TEAM LEADERSHIP

• Manage and mentor a team of TA Specialists/Assistants.
• Set performance goals and ensure timely closure of manpowerrequirements.

C. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Collaborate with Key stakeholders / Department heads on manpowerplanning and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and analytics to HR BU Headsand Business Leaders.

D. REPORTING AND ANALYTICS

• Oversee Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage and ensure dataintegrity.
• Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill,cost-per-hire).
• Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and compliance withlabor laws.

E. EMPLOYER BRANDINGSUPPORT

• Supports initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand bothonline and offline.
• Supports Sourcing team in organizing job fairs, campus events, andother recruitment campaigns.

F. PROCES IMPROVEMENT ANDCOMPLIANCE

• Review and enhance sourcing processes forefficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policiesand labor regulations.
• Support implementation of technology andtools to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
