Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking an organized Recruitment Assistant to support the talent acquisition team. You will conduct initial interviews, assist with background checks, and help maintain the recruitment tracker to ensure timely updates across vacancies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM, or related field, proficiency in MS Excel, and willingness to report onsite in VXI Panorama, Quezon City. Day or mid-shift availability is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRDM or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage.
• Must be amenable to report onsite in VXI Panorama, Quezon City.
• Must be amenable to day shift/mid-shift.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial/preliminary interviews of candidates for vacant positions.
• Performs background reference checks and assists with interviews as needed
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database
• Undertakes task that may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
