Job description

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• Proactively search for qualified candidates using job portals, referrals, and professional networks.

Interview & Selection

• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and arrange in-depth interviews with hiring managers.

Candidate Experience

• Manage communication with applicants regarding their application status, interview schedules, and logistics to maintain a positive employer brand.

Administrative Support

• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and handle job postings.

Onboarding

• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

Coordination

• Coordinate with internal and external clients and candidates.

Field Support

• Willing to travel as needed for recruitment, sourcing, and selection activities.

Other Duties

• Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
