Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of work-related experience in a Supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, HRM or related field.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Must be computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
• High level of confidentiality in handling data and information.
