Qualifications

• Understanding of recruitment methodologies and tools.
• Negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to finalizing hires.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with department goals and company vision.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and tech trends to adjust recruitment approaches.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
