Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in candidate records, sourcing activities, reporting, and recruitment documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify and leverage new sources of qualified talent.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate flow to optimize talent attraction efforts.
• Lead sourcing initiatives with recruitment partners and represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support volume, niche, technical, and multilingual hiring requirements.
